The Health Homework Journals contain activities for your pupils to do every evening.
This year, we have added more wellbeing challenges and yoga exercises to promote mental and physical wellbeing for your pupils.

Below, you will find additional downloadable physical and wellbeing activities, along with recipes and nutritional tips. You will also find certificates for completion of each level in the Health Homework Journal below to reward your pupils. To keep your classroom active and healthy throughout the year, we add brand new activities every month, so don’t forget to check back for more challenges, information and tips to encourage your pupils on their Super Troopers journey!
